● Organizing a national conference to launch the project to provide visibility, transparency and publicity among target groups, for the objectives of the project.

● Making the web site of the applicant - in which will be provided information on objectives, activities to be implemented and the results obtained during the project development.

● Organizing an awareness campaign regarding the importance of environmental component in all occupations.

● Dissemination event of project results involving sectoral committees.

● Promoting event for the intermediate results obtained in midway project implementation.

● National Conference for the closure of the project involving all relevant actors in the relevant branch to ensure dissemination of acquired results.

● Coordination of activities release and progress according to project activities schedule

(updating action plan / timetable for implementation, updating procurement plan, engaging experts, establishing responsibilities, etc.)

● Technical and financial reporting

● Extern Audit coordination

● Coordination / carrying of public procurement activities

● Developing appropriate documentation

● Launching public auction

● Offer evaluation and contracting goods and services
