1 set of occupational analysis (OA for 2 occupations elaborated, analysis verified validated, 2 verification reports for OA, validation report for OA, 2 occupational standards elaborated, 2 qualifications associated to the 2 occupational standards elaborated, verification reports for OS, 2 occupational standards and the associated qualifications verified, validated and approved, methodology verification reports.

R: STUDIES, RESEARCHES AND ANALYSIS CARRIED OUT

O: 1 comparative analysis of legislation elaborated, 1 study to identify qualification in the area, 1 sectoral study regarding the  common competencies from sector, 1 study regarding the needs to evaluate and certificate the competencies elaborated.

R: 8 VALIDATION CENTERS DEVELOPED

RI: Competencies raised for 80% of trained specialists: 8 units identified, 56 persons, 20 sectoral experts identified and selected, 1 report needed for training, 20 sectoral experts trained and certificated, occupations identified, 1 report/analysis elaborated, instruments elaborated and tested through the simulation of 80 evaluations, 1 report, documentation and specifications to authorize the 8 centers elaborated.

R: GOOD PRACTICE EXCHANGE CARRIED OUT

O: 1 seminar, 36 participants, 36 materials;


O: 1 study visit, materials elaborated, 18 participants selected, 1 visit report;

O: 1 final report to evaluate the project results. To each activity is associated a result R, and an immediate result O (output). The outputs are obtained as a result of implementing the sub-activities.
